Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bond Underwriting Associate to work
remotely in Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain information to approve and process renewals for fidelity and
commercial surety, assessing risk and making final decisions on
bond policies
Enter, rate, and code new bond business and renewals, developing
premiums for all bonds
Process cancellations and endorsements, manage correspondence, and
assist underwriters with financial statements and credit
reports
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fidelity and surety bond experience preferred
Knowledge of surety and fidelity underwriting terminology and
procedures preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
