Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Enablement and Risk
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding, activation, and underwriting lifecycle for
Payments customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
and resolve issues
Monitor underwriting queues and cancellation requests to reduce
customer impact
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-4 years of experience with DI Products preferred
1-2 years of customer-facing experience
1-2 years of payments or risk experience in a similar
environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
