Specialist to connect residential customers in Ontario to
Frontier's next-generation solutions. We’ll set you up for success
with an assigned territory, hot leads, and proven sales strategies

impact. Key Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Specialist
Proactively secure new residential customers through residential
visits, lead follow-ups, and local events Analyze customer needs
and present tailored solutions that highlight Frontier’s
cutting-edge value Contribute to team meetings, training sessions,
and ongoing product education Consistently meet or exceed monthly
sales targets set for the Internet Sales Specialists Handle
paperwork, data entry, and follow-up procedures accurately and
efficiently Monitor local competitor activity and share insights
with other Internet Sales Specialists and management Take on
additional responsibilities as needed to support the Internet Sales
Specialist team Qualifications to becoming an Internet Sales
Specialist Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid
driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record Reliable
personal vehicle for travel within assigned territory (even in bad
weather) Basic computer skills and familiarity with
smartphones/tablets Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when
customer contact is highest Strong spoken and written English
Preferred: 6 months of direct sales experience (especially
prospecting or cold calling) Knowledge of cable, fiber, or wireless
telecom services Ability to confidently educate consumers on
products and services
