Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls to assist potential and existing customers
with insurance inquiries
Provide personalized customer care and expert insurance advice
across multiple channels
Utilize the policy management system for transactions and relay
customer feedback
Required Qualifications
1 - 2 years of inside sales experience
Licensed Insurance Producer
People-focused orientation with a passion for continuous
learning
Bilingual in English and Spanish (bonus)
