manufacturer of nutraceuticals, specializing in private-label and
custom formulations across capsules, tablets, and powders. With a
portfolio of 400 stock SKUs including certified organic, non-GMO,
vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free lines, the company serves a
diverse B2B customer base spanning wellness, healthcare, and
nutritional supplement markets. We are seeking a Product Marketing
Manager to help position, promote, and scale their growing product
portfolio . This role will be instrumental in shaping product
narratives, driving market engagement, and supporting our mission
to deliver premium natural health solutions that empower vitality
and longevity. Key Responsibilities Product Development &
Innovation Drive product strategy across the full lifecycle, from
concept through retirement. Identify market gaps, evaluate demand,
and build a 2–3 year innovation pipeline. Oversee feasibility,
sourcing, claims, and packaging for new products in collaboration
with cross-functional teams. Partner with customers to refine
concepts and accelerate speed-to-market. Market Strategy & Launch
Execution Lead go-to-market plans, including pricing, claims, and
margin analysis. Manage cross-functional launch teams and ensure
timely execution of deliverables. Oversee creation of sales,
marketing, web, and social content to support launches. Pricing,
Research & Analysis Develop pricing and promotional strategies
informed by competitor and market analysis. Forecast sales, track
product performance, and report profitability by product and
channel. Promotions & B2B Strategy Partner with Sales to design
effective promotions and account-specific strategies. Evaluate ROI
and refine promotional tactics to improve results and
profitability. Market Insights Conduct consumer and competitor
research to guide product and marketing decisions. Present insights
and performance metrics to senior leadership, sales, and customers.
Monitor profitability, market penetration, and production needs
based on data-driven analysis. Marketing & Communications Develop
cohesive B2B marketing materials across digital, print, and sales
channels. Ensure brand consistency through style guides and updated
content. Collaborate with design, training, and sales teams to
deliver impactful communications. Qualifications Bachelor's in
Marketing, Business, or Sciences; MBA preferred. 5 years in dietary
supplements/natural products with proven success in product
innovation and launches. Strong market research, pricing, and B2B
marketing expertise. Knowledge of dietary supplement ingredients;
formulation knowledge a plus. Excellent project management,
communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
