Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Customer Service
Representative (CSR).
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and respond to customers compassionately while
exceeding expectations
Meet commitments through various communication channels and
customize service approaches
Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and
maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Call center experience is required
Strong computer skills are required
Must have a private/quiet workspace with internet connection
