A company is looking for a Senior CA Commercial Title Examiner
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial
properties within California
Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring a high
level of title expertise
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal
restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of properties
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
6+ years of directly related experience
Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to operate in a
broad geographic area
