A company is looking for a Middle L2 Customer Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring a high level of customer service
Resolving complex issues related to trading systems and
platforms
Developing and implementing improvements to optimize clients'
trading processes
Required Qualifications
At least Upper Intermediate+ English level
Understanding of sportsbook environments and betting logic
Experience in a support or operational capacity (preferably Level
2)
Ability to manage, escalate, and resolve incidents efficiently
Competence in analyzing data and settlements
