Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Loan Counselor I.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the customer experience by offering solutions to customers
who are delinquent on their mortgage loan
Gather critical data, enter it on a servicing platform, and make
decisions to resolve customer home loan concerns
Engage in inbound and outbound customer communication using an
advanced telephony system in a call center environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computing and typing skills
Proficient in basic mathematics
Aptitude to use a telephony system
1 year of customer contact experience, collections, or
mortgage-related experience preferred
