A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate
(Trilingual).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance across various
communication channels
Document all customer interactions accurately using the CRM
system
Work towards achieving customer service targets and enhance service
quality by analyzing processes
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in Portuguese and English; trilingual candidates are
preferred
2-5 years of experience in a call center environment handling a
high volume of calls
Enthusiasm for engaging in conversations and continuously
learning
Passion for technology and willingness to stay updated on industry
trends
Strong team player who is adaptable in a dynamic environment
