A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney (Fully Remote -
California).
Key Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of family law matters from intake through
resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances (as
needed)
Required Qualifications
Active and good-standing license to practice law in California
2+ years of hands-on experience in family law litigation
Strong knowledge of California family law statutes and
procedures
