the Role: We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join the
mission-critical Menu Middleware team for one of our premier Quick
Service Restaurant (QSR) clients. This platform is the digital
heartbeat of the organization, running on AWS and ensuring seamless
data flow across Kiosks, Delivery platforms, Digital Menu Boards,
and POS systems. You will navigate complex cloud infrastructure,
partner with developers on high-impact releases, and ensure that
every new menu innovation or Limited Time Offering (LTO) launches
without a hitch. If you have a proactive mindset and a passion for
troubleshooting in high-scale environments, this is where you can
make a tangible impact. What You'll Do: Act as the primary line of
defense for digital ordering channels, identifying and resolving
issues across Kiosks, Delivery, and POS. Utilize AWS, Lumigo, and
Aurora MySQL RDS to monitor Middleware health and preemptively
address production bottlenecks. Partner with Data Management and QA
teams to validate and launch new menu items, regional tests, and
high-profile Limited Time Offerings. Work closely with L1/L2
support teams to resolve escalated production tickets and
collaborate with MMW Developers on stable platform releases. Follow
strict Change Management procedures to ensure environment stability
and build out robust process documentation for the team. What
You'll Bring: At least 6 months of hands-on experience with an
emphasis on building queries, joining tables, and managing stored
procedures. Familiarity with AWS , Python , REST APIs , or
scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a significant plus. Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
interface between technical teams and business stakeholders. A
"find it and fix it" mindset with the ability to diagnose complex
problems and follow them through to total resolution. The ability
to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a high-pressure,
fast-paced production environment. We may use artificial
intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process,
such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing
responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not
