Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient service to customers via phone and
email
Collaborate with other support teams to maintain high-quality
service standards
Advocate for customers by identifying areas for improvement and
suggesting innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer
success
2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking
platforms
2+ years working with firewall configurations and service provider
modems/routers
Ability to work remotely with a reliable broadband internet
connection
