Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager/Scrum
Master.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver
high-quality products
Facilitate all Scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum
principles and practices
Track progress, manage scope, and support communication with
stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in product/project
development on an Agile team
First-level PM and Scrum Master certification (PMI-PMP, CSM, PSM,
PMI-ACP)
Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management
principles
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft
Office Suite
Understanding of financial controls and budget tracking in project
management
