business needs and supports our long-term growth. The Recruiting
Manager and Recruiting Senior Manager serve as the points of
contact for each Financial Services Regional Leader, directing and
overseeing all recruitment efforts to support the region.The
Manager also collaborates closely with other recruiting team
members-including Recruiting Managers, Recruiting Senior Managers,
the Manager of Recruiting Operations, the Senior Manager of Campus
Recruiting, and the Vice President of Recruiting. Together, they
share resources, drive continuous improvement, and advance
strategic initiatives that position CBIZ competitively for talent.
This role is pivotal in our efforts to become more data-driven in
our approach to talent acquisition and workforce planning.We are
seeking a teammate who can work a hybrid schedule, being present in
a CBIZ West Region office location one to two days per
week.Responsibilities:RECRUITMENT
- Lead the recruitment strategy including execution and quality
assurance for a defined Financial Services region.
- Foster a collaborative and productive relationship with
regional leadership (business and functional) including site visits
and regular reporting.
- Manage direct reports within the recruitment strategy to
identify, cultivate and secure talent. Develop, coach, and support
direct reports. Complete regular performance evaluations and
identify opportunities for learning and development to enable
continued growth.
- Proactively source and screen top talent through a variety of
tools and initiatives (including LinkedIn, Bullhorn, referrals,
networking groups, etc.).
- Compile and analyze market data to drive continued refinement
of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Coordinate efforts with the Campus Recruitment team to present
a united front and collaborative approach to recruitment for the
region.
- Manage company referrals for review of qualifications and
market alignment (if not already presented to the market).
- Leverage recruitment team (including researchers and
coordinators) to support recruiters working at their highest and
best use.
- Partner with regional business and functional leaders to
support talent forecasting and to confirm talent needs over
time.REPORTING
- Support the Vice President of Recruitment and HR Team in the
creation and maintenance of workforce planning dashboards that
detail information on the recruitment and hiring process. Partner
with the Vice President of Recruitment to identify and analyze
trends in recruitment and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce summaries for regular business updates and present this
information for regional and other business leaders as needed.OTHER
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the
recruitment process.
- Lead strategic recruitment initiatives as identified by the
Vice President of Recruitment.
- Conduct market research.
- Drive marketing content across various recruiting
platforms.
- Manage relationships with approved external search firms when
needed. Ensure that agencies are used strategically and adhere to
company standards. Partner with other regional leads to match
candidates with appropriate positions.Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruitment experience in a professional services or
similar complex environment.
- Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances require; can
efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing
priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Capacity
to analyze and understand data and to translate information to be
actionable.
- Demonstrates commitment to exceptional client service.
- Understanding of recruitment digital tools.

team and company.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or GED with 5 years
experience as strong recruiting background required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
throughout all levels of organization, both internally and
externally.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict
resolution.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and
prioritize.
- Must have attention to detail and ability to meet strict
deadlines.
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.The
annual salary target for this job in this market is $105,000 -
$140,000. The specific compensation for this role will be
determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the
individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not
