Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing
insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs
Handle inbound calls and assist with claims initiation and
inquiries
Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple
computer applications accurately
Qualifications:
Background in customer service, insurance, retail, or a related
field
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a
plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Experience in a Windows-based computer environment
Ability to commit to the training and work schedule
