We value flexibility, autonomy, and professional growth, allowing you to: Create your own schedule Work in your preferred areas See as many or as few patients as you like Service Areas Include: Fallbrook Escondido Poway Oceanside Vista Valley Center Job Description As a Physical Therapist , you will: Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes Assess and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when required Qualifications Doctorate or Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy (Home Health experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Valid California Physical Therapist License Valid California Drivers License Current CPR certification , TB Test , and Professional Liability Insurance Pre-employment physical and TB test (within the last 6 months) Benefits Competitive pay, commensurate with experience 401(k) plan Therapist-owned company with clinical leadership support Flexible caseload based on your availability and preferences Join a team that values your clinical skills, respects your time, and supports your success.
