Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Assignment Information:
DHS/LA County- Martin Luther King Outpatient Center is currently in
need of Certified Medical Assistants with a minimum of one (1) year
clinic experience as a certified medical assistant in an ambulatory
care setting, providing care to patients in primary care with
medical conditions, vaccination administration, and intake. CMAs
will provide care as delegated by the registered nurse or other
healthcare professional in accordance with the legal scope of
practice, and within established policies and procedures. CMAs
assist in providing care consistent with allowing patients to
attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and
emotional well-being. Qualified applications with arrest or
conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance
with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and
the California Fair Chance Act . Requirements Assignment
