Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Management Nurse in Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts case management activities to assess, plan, implement,
coordinate, monitor, and evaluate member needs
Applies clinical expertise to ensure compliance with medical policy
and accepted standards of care
Collaborates with various stakeholders to resolve issues and
improve quality of care
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
3 years of experience in case management, utilization management,
or related fields
Current licensure or certification in a relevant health/human
services discipline
Minimum 3 years of direct clinical care experience
Certification as a case manager or a Bachelor's degree in a
health/human services-related field is preferred
