  • 1+ years recent (within the past 3 years) full-time Wound/Ostomy RN experience
  • CA Registered Nurse License
  • BLS (AHA) Certification
  • CWOCN or CWCN
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing programResponsibilities
    • Assess and manage patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and skin conditions
    • Implement evidence-based interventions for wound healing and skin integrity
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning and discharge
    • Educate patients and caregivers on wound and ostomy care
