Business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the MD & IoT business line, ensuring alignment with enterprise
strategy and driving sustainable growth
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
and customer growth while coaching the sales team
Establish an operating model for field services and collaborate
cross-functionally to enhance delivery and innovation
Required Qualifications
Senior leadership experience in sales-driven organizations with
P&L ownership
Proven success in leading and scaling B2B sales teams, preferably
in tech-enabled or IoT sectors
Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting,
and business planning
Background in agriculture, environmental technologies, or
hardware/software services is a strong asset
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing
environment with evolving customer and market needs
