Job Description:
A company is looking for a Branch Manager responsible for the
administration and efficient daily operation of their assigned
branch.
Key Responsibilities
Coaches and develops branch staff in selling techniques and
marketing strategies
Oversees marketing initiatives and ensures compliance while
promoting sales opportunities
Participates in community activities to enhance the company's local
presence and reputation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Knowledge of current loan and underwriting guidelines
Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and
Registry (NMLS) as a Licensed Loan Originator
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and
Internet Explorer
Five or more years of previous experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
