A company is looking for a Manager, Onsite Event Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Volunteer Coordinators, providing
guidance and support
Develop and implement a comprehensive event staffing strategy in
collaboration with internal stakeholders
Manage staffing budgets and generate reports on staffing metrics
and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing a team, with remote management
experience preferred
Strong background in event staffing, volunteer management, or
related fields
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively
