A company is looking for an Affiliate Program Manager I to
manage and scale its global affiliate program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program
Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate partners
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and partner ROI
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance
marketing
Proven success in managing or scaling a B2B or SaaS affiliate
program
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack or
Impact
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable
insights from data
Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools is a plus
