Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Operations to lead
HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and mentor a high-performing HR team focused on customer
service and continuous improvement
Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify areas
for improvement in HR operations
Design and implement standardized HR processes to enhance the
overall employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a
relevant discipline
HR leadership experience with a focus on team development and
strategic planning
5 years of experience in strategic planning and execution in a team
or project-based environment
Experience with Workday HCM and case management tools like
ServiceNow or Salesforce
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and
drive process improvements
