Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Engineer to join their global
Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within web applications using
various tools and techniques
Provide timely and empathetic customer support for web application
issues via ticket and phone
Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge
base articles and troubleshooting guides
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting client-server applications on
Windows and Linux environments
Web analysis skills, including the ability to analyze web traffic
and use monitoring tools
Experience with Linux operation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Experience working with AWS is an advantage
