Job Description:
A company is looking for a FinOps Engineer to manage and
optimize cloud costs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive FinOps strategy for managing cloud
costs across AWS and other providers
Build and maintain a financial governance framework for cloud
spending and resource utilization
Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to provide
actionable insights and implement cost optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in FinOps or a similar role, focusing on
cloud cost management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Expertise in managing cloud billing models and achieving cost
savings through optimization strategies
Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and
developing actionable insights
Experience with tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, or
similar FinOps platforms
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
