Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting and Payroll
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and processing bi-weekly payroll for the
organization and its subsidiaries
Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related
accounts
Manage payroll compliance and reporting, including tax filings and
audits
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of professional accounting experience, preferably
in a nonprofit setting
Advanced skills in payroll processing and General Ledger
reconciliation
Strong project management and analytical skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with accounting
software (Unit4)
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic
environment
