Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to manage
various aspects of the state premium tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare premium tax returns and estimates, and resolve indirect tax
audits
Participate in the premium tax accounting and accrual process, and
assist in process improvement initiatives
Conduct research and analysis of tax laws, and support Tax
leadership with M&A transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of tax or accounting experience in a public accounting
firm or equivalent
Knowledge of state/local tax laws and regulations
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel
