Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collection Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers with delinquent accounts to negotiate payments
and assist with repayment options
Manage multiple portfolios while applying industry knowledge and
departmental policies to make collection decisions
Document accounts appropriately and participate in ongoing
education and special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years in a
related field
Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Access
Self-motivated with the ability to work productively in a dynamic
environment
Basic Skip Tracing knowledge and must pass a successful background
investigation
