Job Description:

Established Health and Beauty Industry Manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for their team.

The candidate will be processing all Non- Purchase Order payables.

You will review and verify invoices, expense reimbursements, process 1099's and check requests.

Prepare and perform check runs

Maintain Vendor files

Assist with month-end closing

Provide documentation for audits

The candidate will also assist with administrative duties like ordering office supplies, work with vendors for maintenance issues, filing, answering phones and various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable

Candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have experience with processing expense reports- American Express a plus

Have a great attention to detail- must be accurate with filing and coding

Accustom to processing 200+ invoices a week

Knowledge of Microsoft a Vision a plus -
