Bilingual Spanish Account Services Representatives - NEEDED ASAP!

Local company is seeking a Customer Service Representative that has 2+ years experience to move into a collector role. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to read from a script and answer questions in regards to products and warranties?. Being able to adjust during difficult conversations and knowing when to reach out to a Lead CSR for assistance. If you have 2+ years experience as a CSR then this is the position for you. Great Benefits, opportunity for growth and bonus potential. Experience working with an auto dialer or Megasis software a plus!

Customer Service/Soft Collections, relationship building, they will be calling current customers when their bills have hit the 60-120 days past due.

They are looking for strong social skills, very professional yet friendly attitude.

Auto industry experience a plus.
